Refund policy

The Coastal Stitch is proud to offer complimentary shipping on all U.S, orders over $250. 

Express Shipping:  Rates for expedited delivery are calculated based on your location and current carrier pricing (USPS, etc.).

Processing Time:  Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days.  If your order hasn't arrived within two weeks, please contact us at shopthecoastalstitch@gmail.com

Shipping Address Accuracy:  Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.  We are unable to offer refunds for incorrect shipping details.  

Lost or Stolen Packages:  The Coastal Stitch is not liable for lost or stolen packages.  Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. 

International Shipping:  At this time, we ship within the United States.  If you are located elsewhere, email us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.  

Returns and Exchanges

Final Sale Policy:  Due to the unique nature of hand-painted needlepoint canvases and the cost associated with return's, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  

Order Issues:  If there is a problem with your order, please reach out via email.  We are committed to make it right! 

Damaged Items:  If your item arrives damaged, email us a photo of the issue and we will try to resolve it. 

Discount Codes:  Promotional codes must be applied at checkout.  We cannot retroactively apply discounts.
